Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Singapore is looking for an Occupational Therapist to assist in managing services and evaluate patients for appropriate treatment plans. You will administer therapeutic interventions, educate patients and families, and maintain documentation accurately. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and should be able to build relationships with referral sources. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing occupational therapy service
• Evaluate patient for treatment planning
• Administer therapeutic interventions for recovery
• Provide patient and family education
• Initiate discharge planning and recommend post-discharge therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Perform other assigned duties

Education

• Provide patient and family education

• Maintain clear, appropriate and accurate documentation of all treatments in timely manner
• Build and maintain good relationship with referral sources
• Other duties as assigned
