Job summary

Collaborative Centre seeks a Locum Occupational Therapist to deliver paediatric occupational therapy services on a sessional basis, supporting development through assessments, interventions, and family collaboration.

Full AHPC registration in Singapore and at least 2 years' experience with children with special needs are required, along with paediatric OT and early intervention experience. Flexible sessions and family-centred care are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one paediatric OT assessments to identify goals.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to caregivers and team members.
• Manage sessional work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary

Collaborative Centre seeks a Locum Occupational Therapist to deliver paediatric occupational therapy services on a sessional basis, supporting children’s development through assessments, interventions, and family collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one occupational therapy assessments for children with developmental needs to identify functional challenges and therapy goals
• Deliver tailored intervention sessions to improve children’s participation, independence, and developmental outcomes
• Develop and provide home programmes and caregiver support to reinforce therapy goals outside sessions
• Collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care and optimize child development
• Communicate therapy progress and recommendations clearly to caregivers and team members
• Manage sessional work independently while contributing constructively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
• Experience in paediatric occupational therapy and early intervention settings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, motor coordination difficulties, and activities of daily living
