Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities in Singapore seeks passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapists to support children across THKMC’s early childhood and developmental programmes, including EIPIC, DS-LS, and paediatric centres.

You will work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to empower children to develop functional independence and participate meaningfully in daily life. Therapists may be deployed across centre-based or community-based paediatric programmes depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Experience in paediatric occupational therapy or related settings is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in paediatrics are welcome to apply.

• Conduct assessments and provide goal-directed occupational therapy interventions for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members in designing and implementing Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs).
• Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in classroom, centre-based, or community settings.
• Provide home programmes and caregiver training to support the child’s development beyond therapy sessions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to support holistic care planning for the child.

Requirements
