Job summary

You will assess functional needs, develop personalised OT plans, deliver interventions to improve daily living activities, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

AHPC registration and 1–2 years of Singapore experience are required; work location is the West,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPC registration or eligibility.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional needs and develop personalised occupational therapy plans
• Deliver interventions to improve independence in daily living activities
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, nurses, doctors)
• Educate and support caregivers to ensure continuity of care after discharge
• Uphold clinical quality, safety standards, and best practices

Job Scope:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with AHPC (or eligible for registration)
• At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in Singapore
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with basic documentation systems (MS Office or EMR)

Work Location : West
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
