Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical and rehabilitation support in a professional healthcare environment in Singapore. This locum role offers flexible commitment of 3-5 days per week and a weekday schedule.

Working hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, with opportunities to work with diverse patient groups across geriatric, neurological and community care settings. AHPC registration is required, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPC registration with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience in geriatric, neurological, rehabilitation or community care settings is advantageous.
• Ability to manage patients independently and adapt to clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional, cognitive and physical abilities.
• Develop personalised therapy plans to improve independence and daily living skills.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions and rehabilitation support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programmes, adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
• Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
