Qualifications

About Ohana Therapy

Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, educational therapy, play therapy, music therapy, and art therapy services. We take on family‑centred, neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑focused, evidence‑based, and client‑led approaches in our practice.

Position Overview

Our team is expanding and we're looking for an occupational therapist who is passionate about working with paediatric and neurodivergent populations.

Qualifications
  • Has a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
  • Has minimum 3 years' experience working as an occupational therapist, with specialisation in paediatic practice
  • Must be willing and keen to work with the paedatric population
  • Knows their areas of specialty or areas of interest (what sparks joy)
  • Has extensive knowledge and experience working with the neurodivergent population, preferably in a multidisciplinary team
  • Is fluent in English with strong report writing skills (fluency in another language is a bonus)
  • Enjoys learning and working as a team
  • Has completed trainings, or is willing to complete trainings in child‑led, non‑compliance‑based approaches, e.g. DIR Floortime
  • Is open to either a part‑time or full‑time position, and a hybrid working model (clinic‑based and home or school‑based sessions)
