Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is seeking an Observability Engineer to build and operate observability capabilities for the future SSOE platform. You will enable end-to-end visibility across MOE’s technology environment, spanning on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, helping teams understand health, diagnose incidents, and drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in observability engineering, SRE or related discipline.
• Experience implementing or operating observability and monitoring in production environments.
• Experience with metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and incident troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end observability across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Define instrumentation standards, SLIs/SLOs, alerts, dashboards, and health signals.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, network, security, and platform teams to build observability in from the start.
