Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities across the assigned portfolio of solar and energy assets in Singapore.
• Ensure plant availability, response time, rectification time, energy generation and KPI targets are monitored and achieved.
• Oversee remote monitoring and SCADA alarm management, including timely investigation and closure of faults.
• Review performance ratio, specific yield, losses, degradation trends and implement improvement plans.
• Lead root-cause analysis for significant failures and equipment issues.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns, switching activities and restoration after faults.
