WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Nursing Leader to partner with the Head of Nursing to shape and implement strategic, operational and tactical nursing plans.

You will lead service quality initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, drive personalised care models for elderly residents, including the Green House model, and oversee governance, staffing and performance. • Lead service quality initiatives in collaboration with nursing teams, doctors, interdisciplinary departments, residents, families and external stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of personalised care models for elderly residents, including the Green House model.
• Facilitate collaboration among Clinical Nurse Managers, Nurse Educators and senior management.
• Support organisational development, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective utilisation of budgets and resources.
• Develop, review and implement nursing policies, SOPs, clinical guidelines and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with MOH licensing requirements, nursing standards, infection prevention and control practices, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Establish clinical audit frameworks and conduct regular audits and surveillance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing standards and resident care outcomes.
• Ensure nursing practices are aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular resident rounds to monitor care quality and maintain engagement with residents and families.
• Assess staffing and competency requirements to ensure appropriate nursing coverage.
• Evaluate nursing care quality, clinical documentation and care delivery practices.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure workplace safety and health standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical competencies, customer service and nursing practices.
• Ensure appropriate utilisation and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment.

1. Strategic Nursing Leadership

• Work closely with the Head of Nursing to develop and implement strategic, operational and tactical nursing plans.

• Lead service quality initiatives in collaboration with nursing teams, doctors, interdisciplinary departments, residents, families and external stakeholders.

• Drive the implementation of personalised care models for elderly residents, including the Green House model.

• Support organisational development, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure effective utilisation of budgets and resources.

2. Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement

• Develop, review and implement nursing policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines and governance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with MOH licensing requirements, nursing standards, infection prevention and control practices, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Establish clinical audit frameworks and conduct regular audits and surveillance.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing standards and resident care outcomes.

• Ensure nursing practices are aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.

3. Nursing Capability Development

• Support the recruitment, selection, development and retention of nursing personnel.

• Work with Nurse Educators to identify training needs and develop nursing competencies.

• Oversee orientation and induction programmes for nurses, care staff and healthcare professionals.

• Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to nursing and care teams.

• Develop partnerships with external organisations and educational institutions to support staff training and development.

4. Clinical Operations & Resident Care

• Conduct regular resident rounds to monitor care quality and maintain engagement with residents and families.

• Assess staffing and competency requirements to ensure appropriate nursing coverage.

• Evaluate nursing care quality, clinical documentation and care delivery practices.

• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Infection Prevention & Regulatory Compliance

• Promote proper hand hygiene, PPE usage and safe clinical practices.

• Monitor staff compliance with infection control policies and nursing standards.

• Promote safe antibiotic administration and initiatives to reduce healthcare-associated infection risks.

6. Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation through the organisation's IT systems.

• Collect, analyse and report data for clinical audits and performance monitoring.

• Monitor training equipment and identify resource requirements.

• Keep updated on aged-care developments, healthcare priorities and regulatory changes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
