WeRecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to support the Head of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, nursing quality and staff development. This role focuses on strategy, governance and improving care for elderly residents.

You will collaborate with Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Managers and doctors to monitor KPIs, budgets and resources while promoting personalised care and ensuring infection control and MOH compliance.

Formación

• Experience in nursing leadership within elder care or a similar setting.
• Knowledge of MOH requirements and infection control practices.
• Strong collaboration and staff development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Nursing in developing and implementing nursing strategies and operational plans.
• Lead nursing quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
• Develop and review nursing policies, SOPs and clinical guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with MOH requirements, nursing standards and infection control practices.
• Oversee clinical audits, quality monitoring and resident care standards.
• Lead nursing staff development, training, mentoring and competency assessments.
• Work closely with Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Managers, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor nursing performance, KPIs, budgets and operational resources.
• Promote personalised-care approaches to enhance the well-being of elderly residents.
