Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner (Contract | Healthcare) in Singapore to manage HR operations for the Nursing team and advise on policies and labour law. You will work with the SNB to ensure nurses hold the correct registrations and licences, and you will collaborate on manpower planning and recruitment for the Nursing group.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in HRM or related field and at least 1 year of HR experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 1 year of HR experience in a hospital setting (nursing portfolio).
• Fast-paced环境 with multitasking and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations for Nursing team.
• Ensure nurses' SNB registrations and licences compliance.
• Collaborate with Nursing Lead & HR to plan manpower and deployment.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Nursing team.
• Support outreach and scholarships initiatives for nursing talent.
• Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate HR projects.
