Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Nursing Leader to supervise operations in a senior care setting, delivering safe, high-quality resident care and guiding the nursing team. You will drive governance, audits and staff development while ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

The role requires a Degree in Nursing with a valid SNB practising certificate and 2–3 years of leadership experience in nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid SNB practising certificate.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in nursing management.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, governance, QA, and regulatory requirements.

• Review and maintain nursing policies, procedures and workflows to ensure they remain current and effective.
• Oversee delivery of nursing care and ensure compliance with established clinical standards.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of residents between acute care, chronic care and the community where appropriate.
• Ensure appropriate nursing manpower, deployment and skill mix across shifts and services.
• Lead, supervise and provide guidance to the nursing team.
• Drive staff development, competency upgrading and in-house nursing training.
• Implement and guide staff on updated nursing practices, techniques and procedures.
• Oversee orientation, induction and preceptorship programmes for new nursing staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing.
• Valid practising certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in a similar nursing leadership position within a nursing home, geriatric ward or eldercare setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, clinical governance, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in nursing manpower management, staff development and competency management.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
