Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking a Centre Director for the Chai Chee Nursing Home in Singapore. You will oversee the Nursing Home’s operations, lead staff and drive strategic initiatives to deliver safe, person‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 3 years or more leadership experience in the healthcare industry; familiarity with ILTC sector will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning
• Strong people developer

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee the Nursing Home operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies
• Lead transformational and quality improvement initiatives including the application of technology to enhance residents' journey
• Provide project management, operations and administrative oversight on development and improvement works
• Lead staff development, coaching of reporting staff, and retention of qualified health care professionals
• Develop and manage budgets, cost reports and financial assessments for projects; ensure timely updates to Management
• Oversee Balanced Scorecard targets and report progress to the Management Committee/ Governing Body
