Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 3 years or more leadership experience in the healthcare industry; familiarity with ILTC sector and community resources will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning
• Strong people developer

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing home operations and regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality improvement and transformational initiatives.
• Provide project and budget management for the Home development and improvements.
• Lead staff development and coaching of reporting staff.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and ensure operational efficiency, safety, and service standards.
