About the role

Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to the elderly? We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursing Aide to join our team at Bo Tien Welfare Services Society' in Jurong West, Singapore. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Providing emotional support and engaging residents in social activities
• Collaborating with the nursing team to implement care plans and ensure high-quality care

What we're looking for

• A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for caring for the elderly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and their families
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and care plans
• Experience in a healthcare or aged care setting is preferred, but not essential
• A relevant healthcare or nursing aide certification is highly desirable
