Job summary

ENGIE Services Singapore is seeking a proactive technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems in Singapore. You will troubleshoot, repair equipment faults, attend breakdowns, and ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities.

Ideal candidates have NITEC/ITE qualifications and hands-on M&E experience, with a emphasis on safety and willingness to learn. Opportunities for senior technician or supervisor roles are available depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in ACMV/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ M&E/ Building Maintenance or related technical fields.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults.
• Attend to breakdowns and service requests.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance.

• Maintain proper housekeeping of tools and work areas.

Senior Technician / Supervisor Opportunities:

Candidates with relevant experience and supervisory capabilities may be considered for Senior Technician or Supervisor positions.
