Job summary

Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. Singapore seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support Relationship Managers in daily operations, client care and relationship management within Private Banking.

The ARM coordinates client meetings, prepares reports and proposals, and helps ensure compliant, high-quality service. The role requires strong communication, discretion and a client-focused mindset, with exposure to private banking products and markets.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background (bank apprenticeship or equivalent) and professional background in the financial industry.
• Good language skills (verbal and written) according to market requirements.
• Proven track record servicing banking clients with complex needs (onboarding, maintaining and extending relationships).

Responsibilities

• Supports RMs/GHs in client interaction and related tasks with high quality, precision and timely responsiveness.
• Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings).
• Manages RM/GH calendar, prepares client meetings, organizes business trips, and post-processing of client interactions.
• Assists in drafting investment proposals and supporting marketing activities as needed.
• Ensures coverage during absences and supports in project implementations.
