Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. seeks an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) to support Relationship Managers in serving Private Banking clients in Singapore. The role covers sales, client service, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and contributing to business objectives.

The ARM will work with 2-3 RMs, assist onboarding and account servicing, handle transactions, and help grow assets under management while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking or financial services is preferred, though not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deepen relationships and enhance satisfaction, contributing to long-term client retention.
• Assist RMs in onboarding of new clients and managing account servicing needs.
• Handle transaction processing, report generation, and manage sales/account information in line with bank policies.
• Support the development of Assets Under Management (AUM) by cross-selling products and referring opportunities to RMs.
• Ensure actions comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements, maintaining high service standards.
• Act as back-up for RM to ensure uninterrupted client service and operational continuity.
