Stats ChipPAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an NPI Engineer to manage the new product introduction pipeline from concept to mass production in a high‑ paced OSAT environment in Singapore.

You will drive timelines, develop DFMs per APQP, and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure robust BOMs, process flows, control plans, FMEAs, SPCs and quality measures for successful product launches.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics)
• 2–5 years of NPI, program management, process engineering or related fields
• Hands-on, analytical, and passionate about problem solving; good teamwork and communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive NPI activities, develop timelines and monitor progress for timely product launches
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) using APQP to minimize risks and improve product quality
• Develop BOMs, process flows, control plans, FMEAs, SPC and quality measures to meet customer requirements
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and implement changes to improve quality, yield and costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and transitions
