Job summary
Secretlab SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a high-impact NPI leader to own end-to-end new product introductions, from design collaboration to pilot builds and full-scale production.
You will partner with Design, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing to optimize manufacturability, cost, and quality, while building scalable NPI processes and mentoring a growing team.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is valued for supplier collaboration; travel regionally is expected as part of the role.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years in product industrialization or NPI, preferably hardware or consumer electronics.
- At least 5 years leading technical or cross-functional teams.
- Proven success launching complex products and solving manufacturing challenges at scale.
- Strong understanding of DFM, DfX, DFMEA and manufacturing processes.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings into actionable processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI projects from design collaboration to pilot builds and production.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality for manufacturability, cost and quality.
- Apply DFM, DfX and DFMEA to improve production outcomes.
- Develop manufacturing solutions by sourcing new technologies and processes.
- Review designs and tolerances for manufacturability with factory capabilities.
- Build scalable NPI processes, playbooks and review structures.
- Mentor NPI engineers and shape talent for future growth.
