is seeking a motivated electronics engineering graduate to support the planning and execution of projects for complete assembled products, tracking timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring production readiness. You will assist with NPI and product transfer, helping with the transition of products from development to mass production, and contribute to ECN coordination, CAPA, and production issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or industrial attachment is a plus.
Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes.
Hands-on technical work and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of projects for complete assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assisting with the transition of products from development to mass production
Assist with product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and timely resolution of engineering and production issues
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation, including FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records
