Job summary

AURORA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Singapore invites a diploma holder in Electronics Engineering to join our product engineering team.

You will assist in planning and executing projects for fully assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities. You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assist with ECN coordination, troubleshooting, CAPA, and FAA documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; internship or industrial attachment experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes.
Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of projects for assembled products, including timeline tracking and resource coordination.
Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities and production readiness.
Support product engineering activities: ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering and production issues promptly.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation such as FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.
