Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore invites a Supplier Quality Management Internship to join the SQE team and work on supplier quality, semiconductor manufacturing, failure investigations, and continuous improvement projects that directly impact production quality.

This internship offers exposure to supplier processes, quality systems, audits, and collaboration with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Curious, analytical, and excited to solve technical problems.
• Comfortable working with data and translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-moving engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate real engineering challenges and support root cause investigations.
• Analyse supplier quality and manufacturing data, identify trends and risks, and build dashboards or reports using Excel, Power BI, Python, Minitab, or similar tools.
• Gain exposure to supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems, audits, qualification activities, and process change reviews.
• Collaborate with SQE, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, and regional supplier teams.
• Lead or support a focused quality improvement project and present findings, impact, and recommendations at internship completion.
