Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking a New Product Introduction Engineer to drive wafer-level reliability for advanced NAND flash products through data analysis, failure diagnostics, and process optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support qualification and time-to-market, delivering insights that improve manufacturing performance and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy for research and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on data visualization and chart generation (eg. JMP).
• Data Processing tools such as Perl, Python (similar programming/scripting languages).
• HTML development for data display interface.
• Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostic skills.
• Define wafer level Reliability sampling plan and execute OCAP procedures and Bench EFA validation.
• Develop new Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capability and improve correlations with ULR tests.
• Contribute as SME in reliability fail modes and drive quality improvement projects.
• Provide Corrective and Preventive Actions for QA teams based on customer feedback.
