Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in NAND reliability work is preferred.
• Good understanding of CMOS device physics is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Understanding reliability testing flow, probe test methodology and device characterization is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own Fab 10 reliability with cross-functional projects and risk assessments.
• Define WLR sampling plan, OQRM metrics, and SBARs for reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Fab 10 PI/PEE and Global TD, QE, Product, Test to meet intrinsic targets.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for quality issues and customer feedback.
