Job summary

Micron seeks an New Product Introduction Engineer to drive wafer-level reliability and quality for advanced NAND flash products through data analysis, failure diagnostics and process optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reliability test capabilities, investigate quality issues and support product qualification, delivering insights to improve manufacturing performance and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy for research and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on data visualization and chart generation (e.g., JMP).
• Data processing tools such as Perl, Python.
• HTML development for data display interface.
• Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostic skills.
• Define wafer level Reliability sampling plan and OCAP procedures.
• Develop new Wafer Level Reliability capability and enhance existing capabilities.
• Act as SME in reliability fail modes and detection; drive quality projects.
• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions for CQE and FEMQA teams.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Deliver defectivity performance testing for next-generation NAND.
