RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking an NPI Engineer to drive new product introductions from concept to mass production in a Singapore manufacturing setting. The role accommodates multiple seniority levels from Assistant Engineer to Manager, offering hands-on program management and process engineering exposure.

Key responsibilities include leading NPI activities, pushing DFM with APQP, and maintaining critical quality documentation.

Competenze

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in NPI, Program Management, Process Engineering or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
Effective communication, teamwork and project management capabilities.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adapting to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Self-motivated, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Mansioni

Lead and coordinate NPI activities, establish project timelines and track milestones for on-time launches.
Drive DFM initiatives and apply APQP methodologies to minimize risks and improve quality.
Collaborate with teams and customers to develop and maintain BOMs, process flows, control plans, FMEAs, SPC plans and QC procedures.
Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance quality, yield, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product transfer and ramp-up.
