Job summary

Citadel Search in Singapore seeks an experienced NPI Engineer to introduce new products into manufacturing and ensure a smooth transition to mass production. You will oversee process readiness and yield performance across all build stages, collaborating with Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive successful ramp ups.

The role requires at least 5 years of NPI experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and hands-on work across EVT, DVT, and PVT builds.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of NPI experience.
Solid understanding of manufacturing process flows.
Hands-on experience across EVT, DVT, and PVT builds.
Experience in process development, validation, and risk assessment.
Strong cross-functional communication and project coordination.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities for ramp-up issues.

Responsibilities

Lead EVT, DVT, and PVT builds from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain process flows, work instructions, and manufacturing setups for new product introductions.
Identify process risks and drive continuous process improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor yield and performance metrics during production ramp and take corrective action.
Coordinate with Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure readiness at each building phase.
Manage the transition of new products into mass production, ensuring process and quality requirements are met.
