Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced NPI specialist to lead all new product introduction activities within the plant, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, customers and HQ to ensure smooth launches including packaging.

You will create and modify BOM structures for assembly, work with SFC systems and SAP maintenance, participate in Kaizen events and ISO audits, and support mass production while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI activities within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of creating/modifying BOM structures for assembly.
• Experience with Kaizen and ISO audits.
• Familiarity with SFC systems and SAP maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory on product introductions including packaging.
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process.
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.
• Understand assembly process.
• Involve in rack packaging design.
