Lam’s Singapore is hiring for kitchen roles in our Singapore kitchens to prepare ingredients and noodles with care, serving real food made with heart. You will follow simple SOPs and work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year F&B or kitchen experience.
• Able to follow simple SOPs and learn cooking steps.
• Able to work efficiently during busy meal periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook noodle dishes following simple SOPs.
• Prepare soup bases, sauces, meat, vegetables and toppings for daily use.
• Follow correct portions and ensure food is fresh and consistent.
• Handle multiple orders quickly and accurately during busy periods.
• Keep the cooking area, equipment and utensils clean and hygienic.
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking and other outlet duties.
