JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Project Anchor, focusing on migration of IPB business between legal entities with target completion by H1 FY27.

The role requires 10+ years of PM/BA experience and heavy interaction with C-suite stakeholders in a complex regulatory setting. Location is Changi Business Park, Singapore. Qualifications

• Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 10+ years.
• Project Management Officer who has A transaction experience in his previous roles

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.
• Regulatory & Governance Leadership: Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.
• BAU Continuity & Risk Management: Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.

About the role
