Job summary

BreadTalk Singapore is seeking a skilled baker to join our fast-paced bakery team. You will shape dough, icing and decorate breads, and assist in baking across the oven and topping sections.

Candidates with at least 1 year of bakery or related experience are preferred. This is a 6-day week, with shift work and no fixed rest day; eight hours per day plus a one-hour break. Hygiene and cleaning duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1 year bakery or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Table section: Shaping dough
• Topping section: icing, topping, decorating, filling breads
• Oven section: Baking
• Hygiene, cleaning & any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• 6 days work week, shift work, no fixed shift, no fixed rest day or break time.
• 8 working hours per day (excluding 1 hour break time)
