Job summary

Pacific Hospitality in Outram, Singapore is seeking a dynamic events manager to lead day-to-day management of performers and coordinate all aspects of events from setup to teardown.

You will negotiate contracts, oversee vendors and budgeting, develop marketing strategies across print, digital, and social channels, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working late nights and weekends. You must have a strong Mandarin repertoire and knowledge of Mandarin dialects.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in nightlife and entertainment.
• Strong contract negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Fluent Mandarin with a broad repertoire.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of performers.
• Oversee all aspects of events from start to finish.
• Negotiate contracts to secure performers for events.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet scope and budget.
• Ensure smooth operations including rehearsals and tech.
• Oversee marketing efforts and campaigns.
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Manage event budget with planners and designers.
• Interact with customers for feedback and improvements.
• Must have strong Mandarin songs and dialect knowledge.
• Able to work late nights up to 3am, weekends and public holidays.
