Job summary

glassy junction pub & restaurant pte. ltd. is seeking a marketing professional to develop and execute strategies for promoting the bar and nightclub, driving customer traffic, and increasing brand awareness.

You will manage digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, coordinate with DJs and partners, and design loyalty programs to boost repeat visits and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in bar/nightclub/hospitality/entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bar and club, increase customer traffic, and enhance brand awareness.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for nightlife events, themed parties, live entertainment, promotional nights, and special occasions.
• Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels, to engage customers and promote upcoming events.
• Coordinate with DJs, performers, influencers, and business partners to develop promotional activities and attract new customers.
• Design and oversee promotional offers, membership programmes, customer loyalty initiatives, and special packages to encourage repeat visits.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer preferences, competitors’ activities, and industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Develop marketing budgets, monitor campaign expenditure, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions in line with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, suppliers, and other relevant business partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports on campaign results and customer engagement, and recommend improvements to increase sales and profitability.
