Job summary

BERMUDA TRIANGLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Nightclub Operations & Floor Manager to lead end-to-end night-shift operations of a high-volume venue.

You will command the floor, manage crowd flow, VIP logistics, and ensure SPF Public Entertainment compliance while driving premium table yields. Ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality/Business, 5–7 years in similar settings, and a track record of directing 25+ frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Business.
• 5–7 years in high-capacity late-night ops.
• Lead 25+ frontline staff.
• Track record with high-net-worth nightlife clients with $20,000–$35,000+ weekend spend.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent certification.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Training in Crowd Control & Venue Crisis Response.
• Proficient with enterprise nightlife POS and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Leverage VIP client network to maximize table yields and private bookings.
• Oversee floor safety, regulatory compliance with SPF/SCDF/NEA standards.
• Audit beverage program, monitor costs and wastage, and manage cash/credit controls.
• Lead rosters, SOPs, and handling of guest disputes with diplomacy.
