Job summary

Tracx Logis is hiring a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfilment against targets.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of WMS, and strict safety compliance. Responsibilities include planning manpower across shifts, coaching staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams and partners to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and material handling.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Forklift operation certification and familiarity with warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of WMS, data entry and reporting tools.
• Awareness of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in logistics, eCommerce fulfillment, or distribution centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment against targets and service standards.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Plan manpower, schedules, and coordinate staff and contractors across shifts.
• Train and coach warehouse staff to support performance improvements.
• Enforce safety, quality, security and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate servicing or repairs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
• Prepare reports on inventory, throughput, attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
