Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English; some Chinese and Malay.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Night shift required.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manpower planning for weekly duty roster.
• Plan modular trainings for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor renovation projects for rooms.
• Prepare monthly updates reports for Management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reach out to customers on service promotions and respond to inquiries.
• Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments and feedback.
• Supervise and manage service staff in serving customers.
• Provide customer support and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead the team to achieve KPIs on sales and operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive promotions and campaigns.
