Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Night-Shift Supervisor I to lead production operations in Singapore. You will manage staff, ensure quality targets, and drive adherence to SOPs while coordinating training for new products and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing supervisory position, with experience in SAP and MES, and knowledge of ISO13485 and GMP.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Continuing education in Production Management preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the medical device/pharma industry in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility of the shift in terms of staff management, production processes, and quality targets.
• Motivate direct reports and assess performance.
• Enforce SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate training for new product introductions and transfers.
• Support investigations related to product defects due to skill deficiencies.
• Set targets and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage attendance, leave, and working time on the production floor.
• Develop training programs to ensure necessary skills for safe and productive work.
