Job summary

Seagate Technology Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist III (Quality) to perform in-process quality inspections, conduct Out-of-Box Audit inspections, and support QC activities across shifts in the Woodlands facility.

You will record results, report defects to QA Engineers and line leaders, assist with customer audits, and help with trial checks while adhering to safety, ESD, and back-end process discipline.

Qualifications

• Good communication across teams and shifts.
• Ability to apply basic problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• English reading, writing and conversation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections following procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct Out-of-Box Audit inspections to verify product quality and workmanship.
• Support QC activities during shifts, including ESD inspections and weekly Gemba walks.
• Record inspection results accurately and report defects to QA engineers or line leaders.
• Assist with customer audits by preparing inspection records and providing support as needed.
• Help with additional quality tasks such as trial checks or verifications.
• Follow safety rules and backend process discipline for safe production operations.
