• 2-3 years working experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Ability to perform a permanent night shift.
• Experience in IHG hotels is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations for the night shift.
• Conduct periodic walk-throughs of departments and public areas.
• Coordinate employee and guest evacuations in emergencies.
• Document incidents involving guests or employees.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Oversee front desk and night audit functions.
