Job summary

A digital transformation solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with quality systems. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in implementing Newgen products such as NewgenONE, iBPS, and Omnidocs, along with proficiency in web application security and REST/SOAP API. This role offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to significant software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementing Newgen products.
• 2+ years of experience in implementing NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, and Record Management System.
• Expected to participate actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with a team of 4-5 members.
• Ensure project compliance with quality systems and procedures.
• Develop and install robust software solutions.
• Coordinate with clients on projects and technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Responsibleformanagingmultipleprojectsinvolving4-5-memberteamconsistingofSE/SSE.
• Shouldhaveatleast5+yearsofexperienceinimplementingNewgenproductssuchasNewgenONE,iBPS,OmnidocsandRecordManagementSystem.
• Participateindetailedlevelinpeercodereviews,POCsandintegration.
• Responsiblefortheend-to-enddeliverywrttechnicalaspect.
• ParticipateinbusinessmeetingswithFunction/DeliveryHeads;reviewcontracts,carryoutriskanalysisandmitigationexercisesandupdatetheManagementonthesame.
• Ensureprocessandsystemcompliancesintheprojects.
• Coordinate,communicatewiththeclientonprojectandtechnicalrelatedmatters.
• EnsureprojectcompliancewithQualitySystemsandProcedures.
• Reviewandensurethepreparationofthefollowing:SystemArchitecture,ExternalSpecifications,InternalSpecifications,TechnicalDocumentation
• Weeklystatusupdatestoallstakeholders
• Theincumbentwillberesponsiblefordevelopingandinstallingrobustsoftwaresolutions.

Requirements

• TheindividualshouldpossessknowledgeofEclipse,GitHub,SoapUI,Postman,Jira,andSVN.
• Theidealcandidateshoulddemonstrateproficiencyinwebapplicationsecurity,REST/SOAPAPI,andpossessexpertiseinperformanceandscalability.
• Experienceinthird-partyintegrationssuchasCorpass,SingPass,andCoreBankingisessential.
• FamiliaritywithapplicationserverslikeApacheTomcat,WebLogic,JBoss,andpreferred.
• knowledgeofDevOps,CI/CD,Jenkins,Sonar,andBusinessProcessManagementplatformswouldbeadvantageous
• TheSeniorSoftwareEngineerisexpectedtoactivelyparticipateinvariousstagesofthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,includingdetaileddesign,coding,codewalkthroughs,peercodereviews,unittesting,systemtesting,UAT,demos,POCs,installation,andmaintenanceofsoftwaremodules.
• Musthave2+yearsofexperienceinimplementingNewgenproductssuchasNewgenONE,iBPS,OmnidocsandRecordManagementSystem.
