Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Validation Engineer to support the setup and commissioning of five new manufacturing equipment lines, and to plan and execute IQ, TMV and OQ activities on site.

You will drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma, develop validation protocols, analyse results, prepare reports, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and external vendors while mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience setting up new manufacturing equipment lines and executing equipment validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and commissioning of five new manufacturing equipment lines.
• Plan and execute equipment validation activities, including IQ, TMV and OQ.
• Optimise manufacturing processes and equipment through continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, conduct experiments, analyse results and prepare validation reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA and non-conformances.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources and activities with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and external vendors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during testing and validation activities.
