As a graduate, you will learn our diverse business ecosystem, understand operations, resource allocation, and participate in designing internal management mechanisms.

You will lead projects to review policies, define processes, and address risks with data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Auditing or related discipline.
• Experience with internal controls, risk management, data analytics, or internal audit internships.
• Project management skills to support Internal Control initiatives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive action in ambiguous situations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across regions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global projects to review policies, define processes, identify risks, controls, and opportunities for enhancement across business units.
• Develop, implement and monitor data-driven risk insights to identify and address risks and drive process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to address risks and enhance the control environment.
• Collaborate with three lines of defense for risk advisory support and root cause analysis for fraud prevention.
• Promote a risk-aware culture and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
