Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risk based on business strategy, workflows, and data lifecycle of systems.

• Oversee and assess material incidents in operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Refine risk identification/response techniques using data models and AI tools.
• Collaborate with teams to improve internal controls across global operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Minimum Qualification(s)- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including emotional intelligence). Exceptional teamwork spirit, fast-learning ability, and strong execution capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with a commitment to continuous growth through practical experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Preferred Qualification(s)- Master's degree is preferred.
• Prior internship experience in Risk Control Strategy, Data Strategy, AI Product Manager, AI R&D, Strategic Management, Data Analytics, Risk Management or Internal Control.
• ACCA joint program participants will be given priority.
