Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Data Analytics/Auditing or related field.
• Internships or experience in internal controls, risk management, data analytics, or internal audit.
• Project management skills to support Internal Control initiatives.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate adequacy of internal controls to mitigate key risks.
• Lead global projects to review policies, processes, and risks; define controls and improvements.
• Develop and monitor data analytics to identify risks and drive process improvements.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to address risks and improve control environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive risk-informed advisory support.
• Promote a risk-aware culture and stay updated on emerging technology and risks.
