Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-driven professional to support compliance reporting and misconduct investigations across distribution channels.

You will oversee timely data analysis, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements in regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in data analysis and project management, with a degree in any discipline and strong Excel/Power BI/Python skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with in-depth data analysis and project management.
• Degree in any discipline is acceptable.
• High proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance reporting and data analysis timelines are met by the team.
• Analyzes suspected agency misconduct and recommends corrective actions.
• Engages customers and distribution channels to gather information for fair assessment.
• Maintains discipline and compliance with market conduct for distribution channels.
• Participates in projects to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.
• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Job Duties:

• Ensures that compliance reporting, misconduct trend and data analysis related to distribution channels are completed within stipulated timelines by the team.
• Ensures that thorough analysis is conducted into suspected agency misconduct issues, recommends and ensures appropriate actions are taken to address substantiated undesirable sales behaviour.
• Engages customers and distribution channels to obtain information for a fair and thorough assessment of alleged misconduct.
• Maintains discipline and compliance to prescribed market and business conduct for the distribution channels.
• Participates and delivers projects and/or initiatives to meet internal and regulatory requirements and improve internal process efficiencies.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience with in-depth data analysis and project management
• Degree in any discipline
• High proficiency in use of Excel and/or data analytics (such as PowerBI, Python)
