Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance reporting, misconduct trend and data analysis are completed within timelines by the team.
• Investigates suspected agency misconduct, recommends actions and monitors resolution.
• Engages customers and distribution channels to gather information for fair assessments of misconduct.
• Maintains discipline and compliance with market and business conduct for distribution channels.
• Supports projects and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.
• Performs ad hoc duties as needed.
