Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a vigilant compliance professional to support misconduct risk monitoring and regulatory reporting within our distribution network.

You will analyze data, ensure timely reporting, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations. You will investigate suspected agency misconduct, engage partners to gather information, and help implement policies that uphold business conduct standards while driving process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance reporting, misconduct trend analysis, and data analysis relating to distribution channels are completed within set timelines
• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected agency misconduct, recommending and following through on appropriate actions for substantiated undesirable sales behaviour
• Engage customers and distribution channel partners to gather information for fair, thorough assessment of misconduct allegations
• Uphold discipline and compliance with prescribed market and business conduct standards across distribution channels
• Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal business rules governing distribution conduct (preferred)
• Contribute to and deliver projects/initiatives supporting internal and regulatory requirements and improving process efficiency
• Support policy replacement appeal reviews
