Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to support the production of standard pitchbooks and sales materials across the business.

You will aggregate and transform data using Excel-based templates, ensuring information is accurately represented in presentations and materials, while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with sales, investments, risk management, operations and other functions to maintain up-to-date pre-sales content.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of financial/investment experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the production of standard pitchbooks and other sales materials used across the business.
• Aggregating and transforming data using tailored excel-based templates, applying product knowledge to ensure information is accurately represented in presentations and materials.
• Responding to information requests and completing due diligence questionnaires that articulate the firm's investment capabilities and operating structure.
• Ensure materials are accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines and compliance.
• Collating, drafting and updating both investment and non-investment content to reflect the firm's activities.
• Partner with sales, investments, risk management, operations, compliance and other functions to maintain a central repository of pre-sales content.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Aggregating and transforming data using tailored excel-based templates, applying product knowledge to ensure information is accurately represented in presentations and materials.
• Involves responding to requests for information and completing due diligence questionnaires that accurately articulate the firm's investment capabilities and operating structure in support of our business development activities.
• Ensure the materials are accurate, current, and aligned with the firm's brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Collating, drafting and updating both investment and non-investment related content to ensure responses remain accurate, consistent and reflective of the firm's business activities
• Partner closely with colleagues across sales, investments, risk management, operations, compliance and other key business functions to maintain and enhance a centralised repository of high-quality pre-sales content
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
