Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated analyst to support production of standard pitchbooks and sales materials in Singapore.

You will aggregate data in Excel templates, ensure accuracy, and help respond to information requests and due diligence questionnaires for business development, while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field.
• 1-3 years of financial/investment experience.

• Aggregate data using tailored Excel-based templates to ensure accurate representation.
• Respond to information requests and complete due diligence questionnaires.
• Ensure materials are accurate, current, and aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
• Collate and update content reflecting the firm’s business activities.

Job description

Job Duties:

• Responsible for supporting the production of standard pitchbooks and other sales materials used across the business.
• Aggregating and transforming data using tailored excel-based templates, applying product knowledge to ensure information is accurately represented in presentations and materials.
• Involves responding to requests for information and completing due diligence questionnaires that accurately articulate the firm’s investment capabilities and operating structure in support of our business development activities.
• Ensure the materials are accurate, current, and aligned with the firm's brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Collating, drafting and updating both investment and non-investment related content to ensure responses remain accurate, consistent and reflective of the firm’s business activities
• Partner closely with colleagues across sales, investments, risk management, operations, compliance and other key business functions to maintain and enhance a centralised repository of high-quality pre-sales content
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
